- Ruby Port — 60 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy likőr — 30 ml
- Mentalevelek — 8 fresh
- Giffard Cukornád szirup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 1 spoon

- Put the mint leaves in a highball glass and add a barspoon of arabic gum syrup.
- Bruise the mint and mix in well with the syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add the cherry brandy and the port.
- Top up the crushed ice and stir well.
