Lemon Sorbet
A refreshing lemon dessert in sorbet form.

Hozzávalók
- Hűtött víz — 22.5 ml
- Fehér kristálycukor — 1 cupful
- Citromlé (frissen facsart) — 1⁄2 cupful
- Citromhéj — 5 fresh
- Pallini Limoncello likőr — 1⁄4 cupful
- Angostura narancs keserű — 2 spoon
- Pasztőrözött tojásfehérje — 75 ml
Hogyan készítsd el
- Heat water in pan and add sugar.
- Simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
- Fine strain into a shallow container and stir in liqueur and orange bitters.
- Beat egg whites and fold into mix.
