- O/Purist Tsipouro — 50 ml
- Le Sirop de Monin Violette / Violet Syrup — 10 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 10 ml
- Citric acid solution (1tsp citric acid dissolved in 90ml water) — 5 ml
Hogyan készítsd el
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine O/Purist Tsipouro, Le Sirop de Monin Violette, simple sugar syrup, and citric acid solution.
- Add ice to the mixing glass.
- Stir all ingredients until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
