A sour cocktail with whiskey and red wine.

Hozzávalók
- Straight rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Shiraz vörösbor — 22.5 ml
Hogyan készítsd el
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
- DRIZZLE red wine around surface of the drink.
