• Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky (bacon fat washed) — 60 ml
• Disaronno amaretto — 30 ml
• Whiskey barrel aged bitters — 1 dash

Hogyan készítsd el

1. Fat-wash a bottle of peaty Scotch whisky with smoky bacon fat.
2. POUR the now clarified smoky bacon-flavoured Scotch and other ingredients into mixing glass.
3. STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
