- Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin — 60 ml
- Grapefruit cukorszirup (2:1) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (frissen facsart) — 30 ml
- Pasztőrözött tojásfehérje — 15 ml

- Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice and mix until chilled.
- Double strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated citrus wheel.
