- Horse with No Name whiskey — 30 ml
- Abasolo Mexican Corn Whisky — 20 ml
- Fino sherry — 10 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Giffard Piment d'Espelette chile liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 2.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
