London Cocktail
A classic cocktail with gin and absinthe.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 2.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 15 ml
