- Blended & aged 3-5yo med-bodied molasses rum — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 15 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet & dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
