1. Measure 1.5 oz of 90 Proof Rye.
2. Add 0.75 oz of Lemon Juice.
3. Include 0.5 oz of Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum.
4. Pour in 1 oz of Dolin Blanc.
5. Add a dash of Orange bitters.
6. Shake on ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
