• Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 30 ml
• Apple juice — 30 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Anise / aniseed syrup — 7.5 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
