• Πάγος: Ice
• Γαρνιτούρα: Garnish glass with Lime & Grapefruit wedges Skewer Charred Jalapeno and place into glass
• ABV: 13%

Συστατικά

• Mezcal — 30 ml
• Grapefruit juice (pink) — 30 ml
• Soda (club soda) water — 30 ml
• Jalapeno slice — 1 slice
• Agave Syrup — 7.5 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Blanco tequila (100% agave) — 30 ml

Πώς να το φτιάξεις

1. Sear jalapenos over an open flame or in a cast iron skillet.
2. In a shaker, mix agave nectar with ice, add lime and grapefruit juices.
3. Add tequila and mezcal, shake and pour into a highball glass with ice.
4. Garnish the cocktail with grapefruit-infused sparkling water.
