- Mezcal — 30 ml
- Amaro Di Angostura liqueur — 30 ml

- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 drop
- Φύλλα μέντας — 3 fresh
- Σόδα (club soda) νερό — 30 ml

- Shake mezcal, amaro, honey syrup, and lime juice (including several mint leaves) in a Boston shaker with full ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain into glass.
- Sometimes I include some of the shaker ice.
