A sweet and sour cocktail with amaretto.

• Γαρνιτούρα: Lemon & cherry sail (lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick)
• ABV: 12%

Συστατικά

• Amaretto liqueur — 60 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
• Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 30 ml

Πώς να το φτιάξεις

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
