- Φύλλα μέντας — 12 fresh
- Patrón Reposado τεκίλα — 60 ml
- Χυμός λάιμ (φρέσκος) — 22.5 ml
- Σιρόπι ζάχαρης (65.0°brix, 2 ζάχαρη προς 1 νερό πλούσιο σιρόπι) — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
Πώς να το φτιάξεις
- Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass.
- Add tequila, lime juice and sugar.
- Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
- Fill glass with more crushed ice and churn some more.
- TOP with soda, stir and serve.
