Ένα αναζωογονητικό κοκτέιλ με αψέντι και αμαρέτο.
- Μέθοδος: Σείσου
- Ποτήρι: Martini glass
- Πάγος: Ice
- Γαρνιτούρα: Φέτα πορτοκαλιού και ή βύσσινο με κονιάκ
- ABV: 21%
Συστατικά
- Χυμός λάιμ (φρέσκος) — 20 ml
- Πορτοκαλί bitters — 1 dash
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1⁄2 spoon
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 7.5 ml
- Bepi Tosolini Salizá Amaretto Veneziano liqueur — 40 ml
- Angostura ή άλλα αρωματικά bitters — 4 drop
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 50 ml
Πώς να το φτιάξεις
- Shake all ingredients except for Absinthe with ice.
- Strain into chilled/frozen glass.
- Float one barspoon or half a teaspoon of absinthe on top.
- Garnish with orange piece and/or brandied cherry.
