Συστατικά
- Φύλλα μέντας — 12 fresh
- Cynar 70 Proof — 45 ml
- Χυμός γκρέιπφρουτ (ροζ) — 30 ml
- Σιρόπι ζάχαρης (65.0°brix, 2 ζάχαρη προς 1 νερό πλούσιο σιρόπι) — 7.5 ml
- Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) — Top up with
Πώς να το φτιάξεις
- Muddle mint leaves in the base of the shaker.
- Add the other ingredients except lime soda.
- Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
- Top up with soda.
