Συστατικά

• Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky — 40 ml
• Galliano L'Autentico liqueur — 20 ml
• Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 20 ml
• La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1 dash

Πώς να το φτιάξεις

1. Stir scotch, Galliano, and Noilly in a glass over ice.
2. Spray (or rinse) the N&N glass with a single spray of absinthe.
3. Place cherry in glass and strain the mixture over the top.
