- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Jablečná šťáva — 30 ml
- Cukrový sirup (65.0°brix, 2 cukry na 1 vodu bohatý sirup) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
- Pasterizovaný vaječný bílek — 15 ml
Jak to udělat
- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
