A cocktail with lime and grapefruit juices.

• Metoda: Shake
• Sklenice: Coupe glass
• Led: Ice
• Ozdoba: Coin-sized grapefruit zest twist
• ABV: 18%

Ingredience

• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Grapefruit juice (pink) — 15 ml
• Powdered sugar (ground in mortar and pestle) — 1 spoon
• Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
• Montenegro amaro — 10 ml
• Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 10 ml

Jak to udělat

1. STIR lime and grapefruit juices with sugar in base of shaker until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
3. Fine strain into chilled glass.
