Youz Gin
A cocktail with yuzu and gin.

- Bombay Sapphire Gin — 60 ml
- Yuzu bitters — 4 dash
- Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Stir to rinse ice in a mixing glass with the vermouth and discard excess.
- Pour dry gin into the prepared glass.
- Add some dashes of yuzu bitters.
- Strain the ingredient into a Martini glass.
