- Havana Club 7yo rum — 60 ml
- Difford's Falernum liqueur — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Old-fashioned / old time bitters — 2 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- DRY SHAKE all ingredients without ice.
- Add ice, SHAKE again and strain into ice-filled glass.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
