Vodka Sour
A cocktail with a sour taste and creamy texture.

- ตกแต่ง: Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick (sail)
- ABV: 16%
ส่วนผสม
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
