Viking Gimlet
A cocktail with gin and aquavit.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 25 ml
- Akvavit / Aquavit — 25 ml
- Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — 20 ml
- Swedish Punsch liqueur — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lime zest twist.
