USB Cocktail
A cocktail with cognac and pineapple juice.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac (infused with vanilla) — 45 ml
- Sauvignon blanc wine — 30 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 37.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Infuse Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac with vanilla.
- Combine Sauvignon blanc wine, pineapple juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake all ingredients well.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
