Triomphe d'Anis (Triumph of Aniseed)
A cocktail with anise and cognac served in a chilled glass.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 5 ml
- Star anise — 1 dried
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 15 ml
- Coffee liqueur — 15 ml
- Fino sherry — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- RINSE glass with absinthe.
- STIR other ingredients with ice.
- Strain into absinthe rinsed glass.
