The Southsider
A refreshing cocktail with mint and gin.

- Mint leaves — 7 fresh
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 22.5 ml
- Gin — 60 ml
วิธีทำ
- Pluck the mint leaves from the spring and put in shaker.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
