• Lemon peel — 1 inch
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
• Brut Champagne — Top up with

วิธีทำ

1. MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker.
2. Add next five ingredients (all but champagne), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3. TOP with champagne.
4. Garnish with orange slice.
5. Garnish with an orange slice.
