• Ramazzotti amaro — 15 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
• Prosecco sparkling wine — 30 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
3. TOP with prosecco and briefly stir.
