• Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey — 50 ml
• Stout beer — 25 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 25 ml
• Egg White — 1 fresh

วิธีทำ

1. Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker.
2. Include the egg white once separated from the yolk and shake hard with ice.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
