A cocktail with peach schnapps and quince juice.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 40 ml
- Peachtree peach schnapps — 10 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 20 ml
- Earl Grey tea (cold) — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Combine Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum, Peachtree peach schnapps, special ingredient #1, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
