• Caorunn Gin — 45 ml
• St. George Spiced Pear liqueur — 10 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
• *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 2 spoon
• Egg White — 1 fresh

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without) ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
