The Dirty Fennel
A cocktail with fennel-infused vodka and olive brine.

- Vodka — 60 ml
- Olive brine (from jarred olive) — 10 ml
- Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth — 5 ml

- Pour the fennel-infused vodka, the olive brine, and the Noilly into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir.
- Strain into a martini glass.
