A cocktail with tequila and sherry.

• Patrón Silver blanco tequila — 45 ml
• Amontillado Sherry — 15 ml
• Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 7.5 ml
• Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 15 ml
• Giffard Piment d'Espelette chile liqueur — 7.5 ml
• Cranberry juice (sweetened) — 15 ml
• Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 10 ml

วิธีทำ

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a cocktail onion and a cornichon.
