• Bourbon whiskey — 15 ml
• Straight rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — 15 ml
• Avallen Calvados — 15 ml
• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 15 ml
• Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
• Xocolatl mole bitters — 1 dash

วิธีทำ

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice-filled glass.
3. Garnish with lemon & orange zest twists.
