A cocktail with tequila and chocolate liqueur.

- Patrón Añejo tequila — 45 ml
- De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao — 15 ml
- Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao — 15 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
