Surf & Turf Cocktail
A cocktail with a unique blend of gin and sherry.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 30 ml
- Portobello Old Tom gin — 15 ml
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 22.5 ml
- Fino sherry — 15 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 7.5 ml
- . Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 1.25 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1 dash
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with skewered caperberry.
