A bright cocktail with cognac and grapefruit juice.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
- Americano Bianco — 10 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Rhubarb bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
