Stephen's Flying Frenchman (Absinthe Espresso Martini)
A cocktail with absinthe and espresso, served in a chilled glass.

- ABV: 8%

- Absinthe verte — 30 ml
- Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) — 30 ml
- Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat) — 45 ml
- Golden syrup (3 parts syrup : 1 part water) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- HEAT milk until warm.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Serve immediately.
