Sparkling Shamrock
A light and refreshing cocktail with cucumber and elderflower.

- แก้ว: Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

- ตกแต่ง: Mint, cucumber slices, or lemon zest - or all 3!
- ABV: 10%
ส่วนผสม
- Grey Goose La Poire Vodka — 45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemonade — 90 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Cucumber (fresh) — 2 slice
วิธีทำ
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Add ice, vodka and elderflower liqueur.
- Shake vigorously and double-strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with lemonade (or club soda).
