Scott 's Jungle Bird
A refreshing cocktail with rum and pineapple juice.

- Dark/black/blackstrap rum — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 12.5 ml
- Italian red bitter liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
