A classic cocktail with whisky and vermouth.

• Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 75 ml
• Punt E Mes or other full-bodied vermouth — 15 ml
• Ruby Port — 7.5 ml
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
• Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 7.5 ml

วิธีทำ

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice-filled glass.
3. Garnish with grapefruit zest twist.
