Scotch Swizzle
A cocktail with bourbon replaced by scotch and other ingredients.

- Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Fresh lemon juice — 15 ml
- Simple syrup — 15 ml
- Mint leaves — A handful for garnish
- Angostura bitters — 2 ml
- Crushed ice — To fill the glass

- Mix ingredients in a shaker.
- Strain into a glass.
- Add ice as desired.
