Scandinavian Green
A refreshing cocktail with cucumber and aquavit.

- ABV: 4%
ส่วนผสม
- Akvavit / Aquavit — 60 ml
- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Cucumber (fresh) — 8 cube
- Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- In a shaker, MUDDLE the cucumber cubes with lemon juice.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and SHAKE them with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
