• Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
• Coffee liqueur — 2.5 ml
• Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis — 7.5 ml
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 20 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 2 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — 1⁄6 fresh

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with rose blossom & coffee bean.
