A cocktail with salted plums and lime.

- Patrón Silver blanco tequila — 45 ml
- Patron Citronge — 15 ml
- Umeshu plum sake — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Plum jam — 1 spoon
- Salt — 1 pinch
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel and mint leaf.
