Rhubarb wire
A cocktail with a vibrant rhubarb flavor.

- Beefeater London Dry Gin — 30 ml
- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 20 ml
- Rhubarb sugar syrup — 20 ml
- Citric acid solution (1tsp citric acid dissolved in 90ml water) — 3 dash
วิธีทำ
- Measure 1.5 oz of Beefeater London Dry Gin.
- Add 1 oz of Martini Rosso sweet vermouth.
- Pour in 0.5 oz of rhubarb sugar syrup.
- Include 0.5 oz of citric acid solution.
- Shake the mixture well.
- Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
