- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Tawny port — 15 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 10 ml
- British bitter ale — 40 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 fresh
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE without ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
