An elegant cocktail with almond syrup and lemon.

- ตกแต่ง: Freshly grated nutmeg &/or dust with freshly grated nutmeg
- ABV: 16%
ส่วนผสม
- Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup — 12.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Orange flower/blossom water — 6 drop
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml
- White/gold 1-3 year old mellow light rum — 52.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
