Quince Sour
A cocktail with quince jam and vodka.

- ABV: 18%
ส่วนผสม
- Quince mustard jam — 3 spoon
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR quince jam with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve jam.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
